Area Manager

Your main activities will be the following:

• conducting an analysis of the target market, on potential customers and competitors and developing  annual plans in order to seize upon new business opportunities
• giving support to agents and distributors
• managing customers in the assigned area focusing in particular on the key ones in collaboration with the Sales Senior Manager
• defining promotional campaigns, together with the marketing department, especially in case of launch of new products
• achieving the assigned budget for Italy, also through the hiring of new agents and contracts with new distributors
• processing regularly sales reports and delivering to the Sales Senior Manager
• organizing regular meetings with the Product Manager Stationary to develop an effective product strategy
• studying and implementing the most suitable technical solution for customers, coordinating with the technical office, to prepare the quote and proceed with the order

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate has many years of experience as Area Manager in the commercial refrigeration sector and the ability to understand the company's key drivers, including relations between markets, customers and competitors; he/she also knows the principles and methods of the key account management.

Strong communication skills, result orientation attitude, together with the availability to travel abroad occasionally are also required.

Language Skills and Education

Degree (preferably an Engineering Degree) and good knowledge of English both spoken and written.
