In order to support our increased presence in the Croatian market we are looking for a highly committed and responsible person to fulfil the function of a
Technical Support - HVAC (m/f)
Your responsibilities
- Provide technical product support to the local team and to the partner network (direct and indirect customers, HVAC installation companies)
- Provide technical and commercial specification, design optimisation and selections (chillers, FCU, AHU, VRV systems, heat pumps and split systems)
- Provide internal support to project manager including preparation of technical and project documentation
- Organise and lead product training courses for our partners
- Maintaining high level technical knowledge of Daikin products and their application
- Close cooperating with system solution supervisor and project manager
Requirements (professional experience, personal skills):
- Relevant technical degree and several years of experience in HVAC business
- ACAD knowledge is an advantage
- Very good English skills
- Customer and service-oriented personality
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Initiative and stress resistant.
- Pro-active, positive and team-oriented personality
